In this episode of Pour Me a Drink, Aaron catches up with Wesley Taylor, owner of Burg Wine Ltd., and Eric Railsback, co-founder of Railsback Frères. In Taylor’s backyard in the late morning, the three discuss their origins, making good wine and how Mississippi is defying the wine market.

Since 2015, Railsback and his brother have been making wine under the name Railsback Frères.

Taylor, who owns Burg Wine Ltd., loves bringing quality wine to Mississippians.

Together, they sipped 2011 Saint-Chamant Cuvee de Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs, a vintage Champagne marked by its floral structure, lemon flavor and notes of brioche.
